Often times the difference between a good practice and a world-class practice is the performance of the Team. In this Thriving Dentist Show episode Gary shares two specific team building activities that will help you develop a high performance team. The first activity is to conduct a ‘Book Club’ with your team members where you select a book to read together as a team. Once a week you meet during lunch to discuss the book and how you can apply the information you learned in your practice. Gary recommends his top 9 favorite books to include in your ‘Book Club’. The second activity is to do a semi-annual planning meeting with your team where you conduct a half-day team meeting to plan the major projects in your practice followed by a fun afternoon activity that you do together as a team. You will enjoy how these two activities help you develop a high performance team. Here’s to your success!
