A strong set of business systems are an important key to lasting practice success. Gary discovered this detail long ago by studying successful dental practices and this point was punctuated when he purchased his own dental practice in May 2007. His practice was a true ‘fixer-upper’ in every regard, especially on the operational and business side. His had virtually -0- systems in place in May 2007 and the weak performance of the practice then reflected this reality. However, over the past 4+ years, Gary has transformed that poor performing practice to an office that is now in the top 5% of practices nationwide………..And that happened in an absolutely brutal economy!!!!

Gary’s passion is helping as many dentists as possible develop a practice that is as profitable and enjoyable as possible.
