Each month TLC will track 20 key performance metrics from your practice. We display the data on a custom ‘dashboard’ that is color coded and easy to understand, so that you can graphically see how your practice is performing. As we review this information from the dashboard we then coach you and your team members on exactly what you need to do to increase performance on the areas of your practice that are under-performing.
