Gary uses the concept of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to help his clients better understand what is actually happening in their practice. I have often heard Gary say, “the data never lies’ and he is absolutely right. You may have the perception that a particular area of your practice is doing very well, but when you actually produce the hard data you discover that there is considerable room for improvement. On this show we are very fortunate to have an expert in the area of Key Performance Indicators for Dentists as a special guest.
